\n<\/span>At a time of high uncertainty in social and economic systems, managers are called to be increasingly selective and focused with their management resources.
\nTo achieve sustainable corporate management in an environment of globalization and an aging, low-birth-rate society, managers must secure the feasibility of new and existing projects, attractive business structures and profitability and must plan and execute each project with due consideration of its ripple effects, multiplier effects and contributions to society.
\nRather than be satisfied with partial optimization of management, it is essential to convert management policies to achieve partial optimization while secure overall optimization. Otherwise, supporting and growing one\u2019s business, expanding overseas, business succession, M&A, IPO, and other aims become impossible.<\/h6>\n
Conventional consulting mainly focuses on proposing optimal solutions based on blank-slate, grand designs.
\nAt a time when pandemics have become a part of daily life however, optimal customization based on analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of individual companies is required.
