Founder, Chairman and CEO of Tokiwaka Consulting Co., Ltd.
Mr. Okamura served as a Director at the Regional Economy Vitalization Corporation of Japan (REVIC), and subsequently as an Executive Producer and Project Leader. During his tenure, he was extensively involved in corporate and business restructuring projects involving companies with annual revenues ranging from approximately JPY 1 billion to JPY 30 billion.

He currently provides hands-on management support in corporate and business restructuring, business succession, business transformation, new business development, and international market expansion. He has extensive business experience across more than 20 countries.
